Background Information:
FTI has been providing Stamping & Welding training courses to OEM’s, Tier I, & Tier II facilities for over 15 years. As a result over 10,000 Designers, Engineers, Tool & Die Makers, Press Shop Operators, Mangers & Supervisors have benefited from FTI training. These are training courses not information seminars. Expect to learn years of experience in a few days.

Types of Parts:
The types of parts discussed in the class and illustrated in the participant manual are outer & inner panels, chassis & underbody components, reinforcements & brackets. Basically typical parts produced by OEM, Tier I & Tier II stamping facilities for Tandem, Transfer, & Progressive line operations.

Basic Formability – 2 days
May 19 – class hours 8:00am - 4:30pm
May 20 – class hours 8:00am - 4:30pm

Die Design Fundamentals – 1.5 days
May 21 – class hours 8:00am - 4:30pm
May 22 – class hours 8:00am -12:00pm

Die Tryout – 1.5 days
May 22 – class hours 12:30pm – 4:30pm
May 23 – class hours 8:00am - 4:30pm

Participant Manual:
Each participant will receive a very detailed course manual (in English) that can be used for future reference.

Course Pricing:
To purchase one seat to all 3 courses for a total of 5 days of training, the price is INR 60,000. A different person from your company can attend each course, but the person attending must be registered prior to the start of the class.  Payment for the training is due by April 30, 2008.

On-site Courses:
If you have more than 10 participants, please contact FTI to discuss on-site training. On-site training is very cost effective for larger groups.
