C++ Junior Software Developer

The Jr. C++ Software Developer is primarily responsible for developing, testing, and documenting desktop-based software products. In this role, you will be a contributing member of growing Software Development group by sharing your technical knowledge and extensive understanding of Windows software development processes and methodologies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and test software using C++ programming language in Windows environment
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

Education and Experience:

  • Computer Science undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
  • 1-3 years’ working experience as a Software Developer in C++ (STL, SDK API, Standard Library)
  • Experience in programming Windows GUI applications using any of the toolkits like wxWidgets, MFC, QT, JUCE, WTL
  • Understanding of Design Patterns, Algorithms, UML Modelling and Object-Oriented design
  • Comfortable working in Visual Studio 2012, 2015, 2017 and Team Foundation Server


  • Winforms, WPF, C#.NET
  • Working experience with agile processes in development life cycle

Stamping Technical Training Consultant (Part-Time, Contract)

Position Summary:

  • Deliver a wide range of Stamping training classes to OEM and Tier I stamping clients
  • Utilize your stamping expertise to update or modify a wide range of stamping training courses
  • Consult on a variety of stamping projects such as formability, estimating, die design, draw die development, die tryout, advanced high strength materials, aluminum panels
  • ** Sessions will be conducted in both the US and Canada **


  • Experience with OEM, Tier I stamping company or material supplier that produced high strength stampings
  • Strong understanding of Stampings and Advanced High Strength materials used in the industry
  • Experience with Build & Repair of Transfer & Progressive stamping dies for Advanced High Strength materials
