Software Developer
As a Software Developer, you will work on projects involving 3D geometry manipulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
- Background in computational geometry, applied mathematics
- Strong programming skill in C/C++
- Experience in development of CAD/CAM (UG, SolidWorks, CATIA, Pro/E) environment is a definite asset products
- Good teamwork and English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for development, maintenance and trouble shooting for 3D geometry programs

Account Manager - Software Solutions - Germany
We are looking for a Sales Professional to work from our Germany office.
The Position
- The successful candidate will be comfortable cold-calling to executives and decision makers and have the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships
- You will be responsible for selling FTI products to OEM’s, Tier 1, and Tier 2 suppliers in the automotive industry and develop and implement a successful sales strategy for additional industries like aerospace, appliance, and consumer products
- You will be selling high-end, value based software solutions throughout FTI’s targeted market areas
- You will develop and implement a successful strategy to grow new geographic areas and be expected to offer feedback for the new releases of FTI’s various products
- You will attend the appropriate trade shows and ensure proper market coverage in your territory
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 – 5 years in solution / consultative sales environment with a proven track record that consistently exceeded targets
- Past experience with CAD/CAM/CAE suppliers and products
- Independent and creative personality that will ensure successful results
- University degree preferred
Director of Business Development, China
As Director of Business Development, you will manage and develop business plans to increase sales opportunities of company owned software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related industry discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of account management sales experience
- Build and manage long term client relationships/partnerships with targeted accounts at the “C” level
- The candidate must be able to communicate in both Chinese and English
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sale of proprietary software and solutions to new and existing clients in the automotive, aerospace, consumer’s products industries, through a network of VARs and on a direct level
- Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress, as well as increase business opportunities within existing client base and new business
- Responsible for sales market research, developing account plans, high level sales presentations utilizing ROI concepts, and maintaining existing accounts
- Work with FTI’s other business development managers and business partners around the world to exceed revenue expectations
- Identify new business opportunities for FTI’s products and services
General
- Excellent presentation, initiative and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel globally
