Business Development Manager - FTI India

To help contribute to our growth, we are now looking for a talented individual to join our Business Development team at our India office.

Position and Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration from a recognized university • Minimum of 7 years of senior management experience • Knowledge of the manufacturing techniques, processes, and challenges in the automotive industry from styling to production would be an asset • Build and manage long term client relationships/partnerships with targeted accounts at the “C” level. (CEO,CFO,CTO,COO)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for major account management and sale of FTI’s Engineering, Costing, and Cost Reduction solutions to new and existing clients in the automotive and aerospace industries • Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress, as well as increase business opportunities within the accounts • Responsible for sales market research, develop account plans, high level sales presentations utilizing ROI concepts, account maintenance • Identify new business opportunities for FTI’s products and services • Build business relationships with potential partners such as IBM, TCS, INCAT or Dassault • Develop annual business plan for marketing, monthly sales forecasts and expenditure budget • Develop procedures to ensure marketing and sales objectives are achieved • Liaise with the customer and corporate as required • Accustomed to presenting solutions to senior management

General

• Excellent presentation, initiative and interpersonal communication skills • Measure progress against above metrics, and utilize existing reporting structure • Member of the Company’s senior management team • This is a hands on position and some travel is required
