Director of Business Development, Europe

As Director of Business Development, you will manage and develop business plans to increase sales opportunities of company owned software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related industry discipline • Minimum of 5 years of account management sales experience • Build and manage long term client relationships/partnerships with targeted accounts at the "C" level • The ideal candidate should be able to communicate in both German and English

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sale of proprietary software and solutions to new and existing clients in the automotive, aerospace, consumer’s products industries, through a network of VARs and on a direct level • Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress, as well as increase business opportunities within existing client base and new business • Responsible for sales market research, developing account plans, high level sales presentations utilizing ROI concepts, and maintaining existing accounts • Work with FTI’s other business development managers and business partners around the world to exceed revenue expectations

• Excellent presentation, initiative and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to travel globally
