Director of Business Development, Asia

As Director of Business Development, working out of our Shanghai office, you will manage and develop business plans to increase sales opportunities of company owned software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related industry discipline • Minimum of 5 years of account management sales experience • Build and manage long term client relationships/partnerships with targeted accounts at the "C" level • The ideal candidate should be able to communicate in both Chinese and English

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sale of proprietary software and solutions to new and existing clients in the automotive, aerospace, consumer’s products industries, through a network of VARs and on a direct level • Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress, as well as increase business opportunities within existing client base and new business • Responsible for sales market research, developing account plans, high level sales presentations utilizing ROI concepts, and maintaining existing accounts • Work with FTI’s other business development managers and business partners around the world to exceed revenue expectations • Identify new business opportunities for FTI’s products and services

General

• Excellent presentation, initiative and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to travel globally
